Medical & Health Disclaimer
Required FDA Statement: "This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."
Boujiee Hormones products — including supplement kits, herbal teas, and all accompanying educational content — are formulated to support general wellness. They are not medical treatments, prescriptions, or substitutes for professional healthcare.
Results vary between individuals. Nothing on this website, in our packaging, or across our social media platforms constitutes medical advice, and purchasing our products does not establish a patient-provider relationship of any kind.
Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new supplement regimen, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing a diagnosed health condition.
Health Claims & Advertising Compliance
Boujiee Hormones operates across multiple regulated markets (United States — FDA / FTC, Nigeria — NAFDAC, West Africa — national regulators). All claims made on our website, packaging, social media, and any third-party advertising are intended as structure/function statements only — describing how an ingredient supports a normal body function, not the treatment or prevention of disease. These standards apply uniformly across all markets.
Permitted language includes phrases such as "supports hormonal balance," "promotes healthy menstrual cycles," "aids in managing PCOS-related symptoms," "supports insulin sensitivity," "promotes relaxation and stress relief," "supports ovarian health," and "rich in antioxidants."
Prohibited language includes any claim that the product "treats" or "cures" PCOS or endometriosis, "prevents hormonal disorders," "replaces medication," or otherwise implies diagnosis, treatment, cure, or disease prevention.
Scientific Substantiation
Every claim we publish is supported by competent and reliable scientific evidence prior to use, in compliance with FTC Health Products Compliance Guidance (December 2022). We maintain an internal substantiation file for each product, available for regulatory review on request.
FDA 30-Day Notification
Upon first marketing any product featuring a structure/function claim, Boujiee Hormones submits written notification to the FDA within 30 days, including the exact claim text, as required under 21 CFR Part 101.93.
Terms & Conditions of Sale

Wellness Purpose Only
Our products are sold for general wellness and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
No Guaranteed Results
Individual results vary. Testimonials on our platforms represent personal experiences and are not guaranteed outcomes. Boujiee Hormones does not represent that any customer will achieve similar results.

Products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By purchasing, you confirm you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Boujiee Hormones' liability in connection with any product purchase shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Governing Law
For customers in the United States: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. For customers in Canada: these terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal Canadian law. Any dispute shall first be subject to good-faith mediation before legal proceedings are initiated.
Intellectual Property
All Boujiee Hormones branding, logos, product formulations, educational content, and packaging designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Boujiee Hormones. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Allergen & Ingredient Disclosure
Boujiee Hormones is committed to full ingredient transparency. All products display a complete ingredient list in descending order by weight, using common ingredient names, as required by FDA labelling standards. Each product label includes the complete ingredient list, amount per serving for each active ingredient, total serving size and servings per container, allergen disclosures where applicable, and country of origin for key ingredients where applicable.
Customers are advised to review the full ingredient list before purchasing. Boujiee Hormones is not liable for adverse reactions in customers who did not review product ingredients prior to use. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please consult a healthcare provider before use.
Formulation Changes
If any product formulation is updated, revised labels will be applied before restocking. Customers with active subscriptions or recurring orders will be notified at least 14 days prior to receiving a reformulated product.
Adverse Event Reporting
The safety of our customers is our highest priority. If you believe you have experienced a negative health outcome related to a Boujiee Hormones product, please take the following steps immediately: stop taking the product immediately; consult a licensed healthcare provider as your first priority; and contact us at boujieehormones@gmail.com — include the product name, batch number, symptoms experienced, and date of onset.
All adverse event reports received by Boujiee Hormones are logged within 24 hours and reviewed for investigation. Serious adverse events are reported to the FDA and/or NAFDAC within 15 days as required by law.
Nigeria Market & NAFDAC Compliance
Boujiee Hormones is currently in the process of obtaining NAFDAC registration for its Nigerian-market products. We are committed to full regulatory compliance and will not commence commercial sale in Nigeria until the appropriate NAFDAC approvals are in place.
Important Notice for Nigerian Customers: Boujiee Hormones is actively working through the NAFDAC registration process for its Nigerian-market products. In the meantime, we encourage Nigerian customers to be aware of their country's import regulations for dietary supplements before placing an order. Products entering Nigeria without the appropriate regulatory approval may be subject to hold or seizure at the point of entry. We want every order to reach you without issue, and we appreciate your patience as we work toward full compliance.
West Africa Market
Boujiee Hormones ships to West African countries including Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Benin, Togo, Sierra Leone, Liberia, The Gambia, Guinea, and Cape Verde. We are passionate about making our products accessible across the region and are actively working toward full regulatory compliance in each market.
Important Notice for West African Customers: Every country in West Africa has its own regulations governing the importation of food supplements and health products. We strongly encourage all customers to familiarise themselves with their country's import regulations for dietary supplements before placing an order. Some countries may require products to hold local registration or an import permit before they can clear customs. Boujiee Hormones is not liable for any shipment that is seized, held, or refused at customs due to local import restrictions.
Canada — Health Canada Compliance
Boujiee Hormones does not currently hold a Natural Product Number (NPN) issued by Health Canada, and as such we are not authorised to sell commercially in Canada at this time. Canadian sales will not commence until the required NPN and any applicable site licences have been obtained.
Health Canada classifies supplements, vitamins, and herbal remedies as Natural Health Products (NHPs). Any NHP sold commercially in Canada must hold a valid NPN issued following a product licence review by Health Canada, including assessment of product safety, efficacy, and quality before a licence is granted.
Boujiee Hormones is committed to entering the Canadian market fully and properly authorised. When NPN licensing is in place, products sold in Canada will comply with all Health Canada labelling requirements — including bilingual English and French labelling — and all marketing will adhere to Health Canada's NHP advertising guidelines.
If you are based in Canada and are interested in Boujiee Hormones products, we invite you to join our waitlist by emailing boujieehormones@gmail.com. We will notify you as soon as Canadian sales are authorised and open.
Social Media & Influencer Policy
All health-related claims in Boujiee Hormones social media posts, reels, stories, and captions comply with the Health Claims Policy outlined above. No disease claims appear in any digital content. The FDA disclaimer accompanies any product post that includes a structure/function claim.
Any influencer, ambassador, or affiliate promoting Boujiee Hormones products must clearly disclose their paid or gifted relationship (#ad, #gifted, or "Paid partnership") per FTC guidelines; only make claims pre-approved by Boujiee Hormones; not use curative language (e.g. "this cured my PCOS") — personal wellness experiences must be framed in non-curative terms; and submit content for review before publishing where required by the brand agreement.
When sharing customer testimonials, Boujiee Hormones will not amplify content that makes a disease claim, implies a cure, or could be interpreted as medical advice. All shared testimonials include a disclaimer noting that results are individual and not guaranteed.
