How We Ship

As a small women-owned wellness brand, Boujiee Hormones processes and dispatches orders in batches. Orders are fulfilled as soon as they are received and we aim to dispatch within one week, though fulfilment timing may vary depending on the volume of orders accumulated at the time of your purchase.

We appreciate your patience and want to be transparent about our process. Every order is handled with care, and you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties

For all international shipments, the customer is solely responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed at their point of entry. Boujiee Hormones is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or store credit where the loss or damage is confirmed as a carrier fault.
